Each student must do a minimum of THREE CAPE subjects, one of which must be a CAP Course in addition to ONE compulsory subject and a personal development course.

I will uphold the high standards of St. Hilda's Diocesan High School through my conduct in and out of school.

I will abide by the rules and regulations as outlined in the current Student's Handbook, bearing in mind the specific privileges afforded me as a Sixth Form student.

I will attend school and classes punctually and regularly understanding that colleges and university officials and employers have a keen interest in these attributes.

I will present a letter on my return from absence(s) from school, to my Form Teacher

I will adhere to the Rules and Guidelines regarding the completion and submission of all assignments including CXC CAPE SBA Assignments

I will observe at all times, the Sixth Form uniform rules ensuring that I am always well groomed.

I will actively participate in all academic and non-academic Sixth Form Programmes offered by this institution in an effort to enhance my holistic development.

I will create a portfolio highlighting my involvement in all academic and non-academic programmes which will be vetted by my Form Teacher on a termly basis and which I will take with me on graduating.

I will take Full responsibility for the use of, storage and safety of all electronic devices whenever I bring them to school.

I understand the "Bring your own devices" policy applies exclusively to Sixth Formers. Breachers that include unauthorized use during classes and use by a grade 7-11 student will result in confiscation of the device(s)

I will continue to maintain an excellent work attitude and work ethic throughout the two- year Sixth Form Programme.
I will defend at all time the school's high standard of discipline as a role model as well as through my assistance to the administration and teachers in this regard.
(XIII) I will willingly volunteer my time and expertise, whenever possible and/or necessary, to enhance the academic and social and personal development of my fellow schoolmates.
(XIV) I understand that I am allowed to leave the school only after ALL my classes are finished on any particular day and that I am required to sign out at the General Office.
I accept the aforementioned conditions for attending Sixth Form.
I understand that disciplinary action will be taken if I do not meet these requirements.
